Corrigendum to Joint Action 98/733/JHA of 21 December 1998 adopted by the Council on the basis of Article K.3 of the Treaty on European Union, on making it a criminal offence to participate in a criminal organisation in the Member States of the European Union (1) (Official Journal of the European Communities L 351 of 29 December 1998) On page 1 the footnote reference in the title, (1), and the footnote itself, which reads as follows: '(1) Parliamentary scrutiny reservation from the Belgian delegation.`, shall be deleted. Footnotes (2), (3) and (4) shall be renumbered (1), (2) and (3), as shall the references in the body of the text.
