Notice concerning the entry into force of the Bilateral Agreement between the European Union and the United States of America on prudential measures regarding insurance and reinsurance

The European Union and the United States of America have notified each other of the completion of the procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Bilateral Agreement between the European Union and the United States of America on prudential measures regarding insurance and reinsurance (1). Consequently, this Agreement, pursuant to its Article 8, entered into force on 4 April 2018.
