By his action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks annulment of his salary statement for December 2023 and of all his subsequent monthly salary statements, in so far as they relate to his contribution to the Joint Sickness Insurance Scheme of the Institutions of the European Communities (JSIS).
