Corrigendum to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/591 of 21 March 2025 imposing a provisional duty on imports of glyoxylic acid originating in the People’s Republic of China

On page 1, Section 1.2:

for:

‘On 25 October 2024, the Commission made imports of glyoxylic acid originating in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC” or “China”) subject to registration by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2715 (“the registration Regulation”) (3).’,

read:

‘On 24 October 2024, the Commission made imports of glyoxylic acid originating in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC” or “China”) subject to registration by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2715 (“the registration Regulation”) (3).’.

On page 50, paragraph 1 of Article 3:

for:

‘Customs authorities are hereby directed to discontinue the registration of imports established in accordance with Article 1 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2715 of 25 October 2024.’,

read:

‘Customs authorities are hereby directed to discontinue the registration of imports established in accordance with Article 1 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2715 of 24 October 2024.’.
