Corrigendum to Regulation (EU) 2024/1610 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 May 2024 amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1242 as regards strengthening the CO2 emission performance standards for new heavy-duty vehicles and integrating reporting obligations, amending Regulation (EU) 2018/858 and repealing Regulation (EU) 2018/956

On page 61, Annex IV, Part B, second paragraph:

for:

‘For heavy-duty vehicles referred to in Part A, points (p) and (q), of Annex IV, the manufacturer referred to in Article 7a shall also inform the Commission in accordance with Article 2(4) and (5), if a heavy-duty vehicle which would otherwise be exempted from the obligations laid down in Article 3a is not exempted from those obligations.’,

read:

‘For heavy-duty vehicles referred to in Part A, points (r) and (s), of this Annex, the manufacturer referred to in Article 7a shall also inform the Commission in accordance with Article 3a(4) and (5), if a heavy-duty vehicle which would otherwise be exempted from the obligations laid down in Article 3a(1), (2) and (3) is not exempted from those obligations.’.
