Amendments to the main text of the Regulation

Paragraph 1, amend to read (including the addition of footnote (**)):

‘1.   SCOPE

This Regulation covers new pneumatic tyres designed primarily for vehicles of categories M2, M3, N, O3 and O4  (*1)  (*2). However, it does not apply to tyre types identified by speed category symbols corresponding to speeds below 80 km/h.
