Notice concerning the date of entry into force of the Protocol amending the Agreement between the European Union and Japan for an Economic Partnership regarding free flow of data

The Protocol amending the Agreement between the European Union and Japan for an Economic Partnership regarding free flow of data (1), signed in Brussels on 31 January 2024, will enter into force on 1 July 2024, in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 23.2 of the Agreement between the European Union and Japan for an Economic Partnership (Article 6 of the Protocol).
