On page 9, Article 1, point 4:

for:

‘(4)

Annex I is amended as follows:

(a)

in point 2(b), subpoint (viii) is deleted;

(b)

in point 3, the third indent is replaced by the following:

“—

have been overheated, or

—

have been obtained by removing foreign inorganic or organic matter in such a way as to result in the significant removal of pollen.”.’,

read:

‘(4)

The Annexes are amended as follows:

(a)

in Annex I, point 2(b), subpoint (viii) is deleted and the reference to Annex I, point 2(b), subpoint (viii) in Annex II, third paragraph, is replaced by a reference to “Annex I, point 3, fourth indent”;

(b)

in Annex I, point 3, the third indent is replaced by the following:

“—

have been overheated, or

—

have been obtained by removing foreign inorganic or organic matter in such a way as to result in the significant removal of pollen.”.’.
