Corrigendum to Decision (EU) 2025/793 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 April 2025 providing macro-financial assistance to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

On page 6, Article 5, paragraph 1:

for:

‘1.   In order to finance the Union’s macro-financial assistance in the form of loans, the Commission shall be empowered, on behalf of the Union, to borrow the necessary funds on the capital markets or from financial institutions in accordance with Article 223 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2024/2509.’

read:

‘1.   In order to finance the Union’s macro-financial assistance in the form of loans, the Commission shall be empowered, on behalf of the Union, to borrow the necessary funds on the capital markets or from financial institutions in accordance with Article 224 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2024/2509.’.
