By its action based on Article 263 TFEU, the applicant seeks the annulment, first, of Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/3187 of 16 December 2024 amending Decision 2014/512/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ L, 2024/3187), and of Council Regulation (EU) 2024/3192 of 16 December 2024 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ L, 2024/3192), in so far as they included the applicant on the list in Annex IV to Council Decision 2014/512/CFSP of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ 2014 L 229, p. 13) and on the list in Annex IV to Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ 2014 L 229, p. 1) (‘the lists at issue’), and, second, of Council Decision (CFSP) 2025/394 of 24 February 2025 amending Decision 2014/512 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ L, 2025/394), and of Council Regulation (EU) 2025/395 of 24 February 2025 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ L, 2025/395), in so far as they maintained the applicant’s name on the lists at issue.
