The following information is brought to the attention of Mr. Thomas RÖPER appearing in Annex I to Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/2643 and in Annex I to Council Regulation (EU) 2024/2642 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s destabilising activities.
The Council envisages maintaining the restrictive measures against the above-mentioned person on the basis of new evidence. That person is hereby informed that he may submit a request to the Council to obtain the information related to the maintaining of restrictive measures, before 1 August 2026 , to the following address:
