NOTICE OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION

The European Commission publishes this notice in accordance with Article 3, paragraph 4 of Regulation (EU) 2018/196 of the European Parliament and the Council (1).

The United States of America’ authorities (U.S. Customs and Border Protection) published the ‘FY2025 CDSOA Annual Disbursement Report’  (2) on 10 December 2025. The report lists disbursements under the CDSOA for the fiscal year 2025. According to this report, the CDSOA made no disbursements relating to anti-dumping and countervailing duties paid on imports from the European Union in the fiscal year 2025.

The disbursements under the CDSOA relating to anti-dumping and countervailing duties paid on imports from the Union for the most recent year for which data are available are less than USD 30 000. As provided by Article 3, paragraph 4 of Regulation (EU) 2018/196, the application of the additional duty referred to Article 2 of Regulation (EU) 2018/196 therefore continues to be suspended.
