—

order EUIPO and the other party to the proceedings before the Board of Appeal to pay the costs of the proceedings before the General Court;

—

in the alternative, annul the contested decision in its entirety;

—

order EUIPO and the other party to the proceedings before the Board of Appeal to pay the costs of the proceedings before the General Court.
