Taking of the oath by a new Member of the General Court

Following her appointment as Judge at the General Court of the European Union for the period from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2031 by decision of the Representatives of the Governments of the Members States of the European Union of 11 June 2025  (1), Ms Raffaella Pezzuto took the oath before the Court of Justice on 15 September 2025.
