The following information is brought to the attention of Mr Malick DIAW(no 1), Mr Ismaël WAGUÉ (no 2), Mr Ibrahim Ikassa MAÏGA (no 4) and Mr Ivan Aleksandrovitch MASLOV (no 6), persons appearing in the Annex to Council Decision (CFSP) 2017/1775 (1) and in Annex Ia to Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1770 (2) concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Mali.

The Council envisages maintaining the restrictive measures against the above-mentioned persons with amended statements of reasons. These persons are hereby informed that they may submit a request to the Council to obtain the envisaged statements of reasons for maintaining their designation, before 30 October 2025 , to the following address:
