By his action, the applicant asks the Court, first, to declare ‘inadmissible’ the agreement establishing a joint investigation team relating to the ‘Sky ECC’ encrypted communication service and, second, on the basis of Article 268 TFEU, to grant him compensation, in the amount of EUR 30 000, for the non-material damage which he claims to have suffered as a result of acts committed by the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust), the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (Europol) and by certain Member States.

2. |
The action is dismissed as manifestly inadmissible in so far it is directed against the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust) and seeks compensation for the non-material damage attributed to Eurojust. |
