By the present notice interested parties are informed that the Republic of Fiji has made, on 8 April 2025, a notification to the European Commission in accordance with Article 6(6)(b) of Protocol II concerning the definition of the concept of ‘originating products’ and methods of administrative cooperation, as regards processed fishery products, under the Interim Partnership Agreement between the European Community, of the one part, and the Pacific States, of the other part (OJ L 272, 16.10.2009, p. 1).
