COUNCIL DECISION
of 8 July 2025
replacing an alternate member of the Management Board of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work for Austria

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2019/126 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 January 2019 establishing the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA), and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 2062/94 (1), and in particular Article 4 thereof,
Whereas:

By Decision of 28 March 2023 (2), the Council appointed members and alternate members of the Management Board of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work for the period from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2027. |

(2) |
A seat as alternate member in the government representatives category has fallen vacant as a result of the resignation of Ms Anna RITZBERGER-MOSER. |
|
(3) |
The Government of Austria has designated a candidate for the vacant seat, |
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
Ms Alexandra MARX is appointed alternate member of the Management Board of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work in place of Ms Anna RITZBERGER-MOSER for the remainder of the current term of office, ending on 31 March 2027.
Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
