The publication of the exemptions referred to in Article 2(4) and 2(6) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1805 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 September 2023 on the use of renewable and low-carbon fuels in maritime transport (FuelEU Maritime Regulation) (1) is based on information communicated by the Member States to the Commission in accordance with the procedure laid down in this Article.
France notified the Commission of its decision to use the exemptions under Article 2(4) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1805 to outermost regions and ports listed below:
