By her action based on Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks, first, the annulment of the decision of the European Commission of 11 January 2023 inasmuch as that decision declares that the total permanent invalidity of the applicant is not occupational in origin and, so far as necessary, of the decision of the Commission of 10 November 2023 rejecting the applicant’s complaint against that decision and, second, compensation for the damage which she claims to have suffered as a result.
