Explanatory notes to the Combined Nomenclature of the European Union

Pursuant to Article 9(1), point (a), of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 (1), the Explanatory notes to the Combined Nomenclature of the European Union (2) are amended as follows:
on page 289,
point 3. of the Explanatory notes to Chapter 70, General, is replaced by the following:

for doors (excluding glass shower doors of heading 7020 ), windows of buildings, etc. (headings 4418 , 7610 , etc.).’ |
on page 294, the following explanatory note is inserted:

This subheading includes all types of glass shower doors, panels or enclosures, including those with partially or fully framed sections. See also the HS classification opinions 7020 00/1 and 7020 00/2.’ |
