The following information is brought to the attention of Alexey Valeryevich MININ (No. 3), Aleksei Sergeyvich MORENETS (No. 4), Evgenii Mikhaylovich SEREBRIAKOV (No. 5), Oleg Mikhaylovich SOTNIKOV (No. 6), Dmitry Sergeyevich BADIN (No. 7), Igor Olegovich KOSTYUKOV (No. 8), persons appearing in the Annex to Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/797 (1) and in Annex I to Council Regulation (EU) 2019/796 (2) concerning restrictive measures against cyber-attacks threatening the Union or its Member States.
The Council envisages maintaining the restrictive measures against the above-mentioned persons with amended statements of reasons. Those persons are hereby informed that they may submit a request to the Council to obtain the envisaged amended statement of reasons for their designation, before 28 March 2025 , to the following address:
