The Council included the abovementioned entities in Annex IX to Council Decision 2014/512/CFSP (1), as amended by Council Decision (CFSP) 2025/394 (2) and in Annex XV to Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 (3), as amended by Council Regulation (EU) 2025/395 (4) concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine with the view to applying these measures as from 8 April 2025 subject to a decision by the Council after examination of the relevant facts.
The entities concerned are hereby informed that they may submit a request to the Council to obtain the information related to such inclusion to the following address, before 6 March 2025:
