Re:

By its action under Article 263 TFEU, the applicant seeks the annulment of Commission Decision C(2020) 3108 final of 14 May 2020, concerning State aid SA.50872 (2020/NN) — Compensation to Correos under the universal service obligation, 2011-2020.

Operative part of the judgment

The Court:

1.

Dismisses the action as inadmissible;

2.

Orders the Asociación Profesional de Empresas de Reparto y Manipulado de Correspondencia (Asempre) to bear its own costs and to pay those incurred by the European Commission and by Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos, SA.

3.

Orders the Kingdom of Spain to bear its own costs.
