Pursuant to Article 3 of Council Decision (EU) 2024/2543 of 23 September 2024 on the position to be adopted on behalf of the European Union on the amendments to the Annexes to the Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) and to the Regulations annexed to the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN) (1), the Commission informs that the decisions taken at the respective bodies and applicable from 1 January 2025 are available at:
