Withdrawal of notification of a concentration

On 18 October 2024, the European Commission received notification (1) of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 and following a referral pursuant to Article 22(3) of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (2) (‘Merger Regulation’).

On 18 November 2024, the notifying party informed the Commission that it withdrew its notification.
