The following information is brought to the attention of Ejército de Liberación Nacional (National Liberation Army), Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), Devrimci Halk Kurtuluș Partisi-Cephesi (DHKP/C) and The Base, groups appearing in Annex to Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/2056 (1) and in Annex to Council Implementing Regulation (EC) 2024/2055 (2) of 26 July 2024 concerning specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism.
The Council envisages maintaining the restrictive measures against the above-mentioned groups with amended statements of reasons. The groups are hereby informed that they may submit a request to the Council to obtain the envisaged statement of reasons for maintaining their designation, by 14 November 2024, to the following address:
