Notice for the attention of certain persons subject to the restrictive measures provided for in Council Decision (CFSP) 2017/2074 and in Council Regulation (EU) 2017/2063 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Venezuela

The following information is brought to the attention of Mr. Rafael Ramón BLANCO MARRERO (No 20), Mr Elvis Eduardo HIDROBO AMOROSO (No 29), Mr Remigio CEBALLOS ICHASO (No 37) and Mr Jesús Emilio VÁSQUEZ QUINTERO (No 52) persons appearing in Annex I to Council Decision (CFSP) 2017/2074 (1) and in Annex IV to Council Regulation (EU) 2017/2063 (2) concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Venezuela.

The Council envisages maintaining the designation of the above-mentioned persons including travel restrictions with amended statements of reasons.

Those persons are hereby informed that they may submit a request to the Council to obtain the envisaged statement of reasons for maintaining their designation, before 4 November 2024 , to the following address:
