Meeting on 9 October 2024, the Judges of the General Court, following the offices of Judge Spielmann and Judge Schalin, who presided over the First and Third Chambers respectively, falling vacant, elected Judge Mastroianni as President of the First Chamber sitting with three and with five Judges and Judge Škvařilová-Pelzl as President of the Third Chamber sitting with three and with five Judges, in respect of the period from 9 October 2024 to 31 August 2025, in accordance with Article 9(3) and Article 18(1) and (5) of the Rules of Procedure.
