Must the concept ‘other metal components for jewellery making’, which appears in row 23, containing the entry on the substance cadmium, paragraph 10, point (i), of Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (1) of the European Parliament and of the Council, be interpreted as meaning that fillers used in brazing are also included in that concept?
