The following information is brought to the attention of Junzheng WANG, Mingshan WANG, Mingguo CHEN, Aleksandr Grigorievitch MALOLETKO, Dimitri SYTII (a.k.a. Dimitri SYTYI), Mikhail Sergeyevich POTEPKIN, Vitalii Viktorovitch PERFILEV, Andrei Sergeevich MANDEL, Gatluak Nyang HOTH, Aleksandr Aleksandrovich MUKHANOV, Roman Alexandrovitch VIDYUKOV, Nikolay Viktorovich TIMOSHIN, Wagner Group, Lobaye Invest SARLU, DIAMVILLE, Foundation for the Defence of National Values (FDNV), Radio Centrafricaine Lengo Sengo, Meroe Gold Co. Ltd, M-Invest and Sewa Security Services, persons and entities that appear in the Annex to Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/1999 (1) and in Annex I to Council Regulation (EU) 2020/1998 (2) concerning restrictive measures against serious human rights violations and abuses.
The Council envisages to maintain the restrictive measures against the above-mentioned persons and entities with amended statements of reasons or with other updates. Those persons and entities are hereby informed that they may submit a request to the Council to obtain the intended statements of reasons for their designation, before 25 October 2024 , to the following address:
