    The Court:

    1.

    Dismisses the appeal;

    2.

    Orders Chemours Netherlands BV to bear its own costs and to pay the costs incurred by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), ClientEarth, ClientEarth AISBL and CHEM Trust Europe eV;

    3.

    Orders the Kingdom of the Netherlands to bear its own costs.
