By her action based on Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks the annulment (i) of ‘administrative investigation EN-2101’ and the report of that administrative investigation of the Council of the European Union of 28 May 2021, (ii) of the Council’s decision of 25 November 2021 imposing on her a disciplinary penalty in the form of a reprimand and (iii) of the decision of 1 September 2022 rejecting her complaint.
