    Must Article 2 of Directive 2003/88/EC [of the European Parliament and of the Council] of 4 November [2003] concerning certain aspects of the organisation of working time (1) be interpreted as meaning that the time spent by workers travelling in the company’s vehicle at the beginning and end of the working day from the base to the micro-reserve or work site at which they carry out their duties and from there to the base constitutes ‘working time’ within the meaning of Article 2 of the Directive?
