The following information is brought to the attention of Mr. Mohammed Bouyeri, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, Communist Party of the Philippines, including NEW PEOPLES ARMY (NPA), Philippines and Ejército de Liberación Nacional, person and groups appearing in Annex to Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/332 (1) and in Annex to Council Implementing Regulation (EC) 2024/329 (2) of 16 January 2024 concerning specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism.
The Council envisages maintaining the restrictive measures against the above-mentioned person and groups with amended statements of reasons. The person and groups are hereby informed that they may submit a request to the Council to obtain the envisaged statement of reasons for maintaining their designation, by 4 April 2024, to the following address:
