The following information is brought to the attention of Ali MAMLUK (No.3), Ali Abdullah (a.k.a. Abdallah) AYYUB (No.56), Major General Kifah MOULHEM (No.66), General Ghassan Jaoudat ISMAIL (No. 146), Hussein MAKHLOUF (No. 218), Salwa ABDULLAH (No. 230), Tammam RA’AD (No. 300), Bassam TOU’MA (No. 303), Ziyad SABBAGH (No. 305), Mohamad Fayez BARCHA (No. 308), Mohammad Samir HADDAD (No. 310), Amr SALEM (No. 312), persons appearing in Annex I to Council Decision 2013/255/CFSP (1) and in Annex II to Council Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 (2) concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Syria.
The Council envisages maintaining the restrictive measures against the above-mentioned persons with amended statements of reasons and information. Those persons are hereby informed that they may submit a request to the Council to obtain to obtain the elements the Council holds in its file regarding their designation by 29 March 2024 to the following address:
