annul Notice of open competition — EPSO/AD/411/23 — Administrators (AD 7) in the fields of nuclear safeguards inspectors and policy officers in the area of nuclear energy;

order the Commission to pay the costs.

In support of the action, the applicant relies on five pleas in law, which are, in essence, identical or similar to those relied on in Case T-555/22, France v Commission.
