In accordance with the Radiation Protection Act, the Danish Health Authority is the national competent authority for regulating the use of radioactive substances, radiation generators and ionising radiation in Denmark. The contact details are:

GERMANY |
In Germany, a large number of authorities assume responsibility tasks in radiation protection. The competent authorities in the federal states are predominantly responsible for supervising implementation of radiation protection law. But federal authorities also take on tasks in the Radiation protection true, cf. in detail §§ 184 ff. of the Radiation Protection Act. The German contact point is:
