In the event of a negative reply: should] Article 2(1) of Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 be interpreted as meaning that the freezing measure may also be taken in the event of the transfer of assets or resources to a trust by the settlor indicated in Annex I to the Regulation (designated or listed person), who is to be regarded as the party associated with the person to whom the asset or resources belong?
