(Temporary Residence Permit is issued to of beneficiaries of temporary protection based on the legislative framework concerning the compliance with the Temporary Protection Directive1 and the Council implementing Decision 2022/382 of 4 March 20222 2 in compliance with art. 32 (namely Council Directive 2001/55/EC, Presidential Decree 80/2006 (G.G. A’ 82), Legal Code of Reception, International Protection and Temporary Protection. Law no 4939/2022 (G.G. A’ 111) and the Ministerial Decisions No. 31035/04.03.2022 and No. 172172/28.03.2022). It is issued to the following categories:
