    On page 1, point 2 shall be replaced by the following:

    ‘2.

    		 On page 3, Section 3.3.1:

    for:

    “3.3.1.    EPSO/AD/404/23 — English-language lawyer-linguists

    To be eligible for competition EPSO/AD/404/23, a candidate must have a level of education corresponding to completed university studies attested by one of the following qualifications: a degree in law or its equivalent awarded in the Republic of Ireland or a qualification as a barrister or solicitor in the Republic of Ireland.”,

    read:

    “3.3.1.    EPSO/AD/404/23 — English-language lawyer-linguists

    To be eligible for competition EPSO/AD/404/23, a candidate must meet the requirements listed in one of the following points:

    (a)

    Have a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies attested by a degree in law or its equivalent awarded in Ireland or have a qualification as a barrister or solicitor awarded in Ireland;

    (b)

    Have obtained the academic degree in law in accordance with the provisions of the Statute of the University of Malta;

    (c)

    Have a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies attested by a degree in law or its equivalent awarded in the United Kingdom or have a qualification as a barrister or solicitor awarded in the United Kingdom, provided that the degree or the qualification were obtained before 31 December 2020.”.’.
