By her action based on Article 270 TFEU and on Article 50a of the Statute of the Court of Justice of the European Union, the applicant seeks (i) the annulment of the decisions of the European Central Bank (ECB) of 16 March and 13 July 2021, and (ii) compensation for the damage which she allegedly suffered as a result of those decisions.
