annul the contested decision or alter it by dismissing the appeal of Refan Bulgaria OOD against the decision of the Invalidity Division of EUIPO of 10 April 2017;

order EUIPO and Refan Bulgaria OOD to bear their own costs and to pay those incurred by Aroma Essence Ltd in the proceedings before the General court and before the Third Board of Appeal.
