Council Decision of 27 June 2002 appointing the Netherlands members and alternate member of the Advisory Committee on freedom of movement for workers (2002/C 168/01) THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard Council Regulation (EEC) No 1612/68 of 15 October 1968 on freedom of movement for workers within the Community(1), and in particular Articles 26 and 27 thereof, Having regard to the list of candidates submitted by the Government of the Netherlands, Whereas: (1) By its Decision of 7 May 2002(2), the Council appointed the members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee on freedom of movement for workers for the period from 7 May 2002 to 6 May 2004, with the exception of the government representatives of the Netherlands. (2) The Netherlands members and alternate member of the Advisory Committee on freedom of movement for workers should be appointed for the remainder of the current term of office, which runs until 6 May 2004, HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS: Article 1 The following are hereby appointed members and alternate member of the Advisory Committee on freedom of movement for workers for the period from 24 June 2002 to 6 May 2004: GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVES >TABLE> Article 2 This Decision shall be published, for information, in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
