Statement of revenue and expenditure of the European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR) for the financial year 2002 (2002/487/EC) Pursuant to Article 13 of the Financial Regulation of the European Agency for Reconstruction, adopted by its Governing Board on 29 May 2000, the budget and the establishment plan shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This appropriation is intended to cover the remuneration of, and the employer's social security contributions for, auxiliary staff recruited to replace temporary agents temporarily unable to perform their duties and to strengthen the staff, especially during sessions, and in particular to increase the technical staff (printing, reproduction, distribution, messengers, audiovisual).
