Council decision of 18 September 2000 appointing the chairman and members of the Fourth Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (trade marks and designs) (2000/C 277/02) THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 40/94 of 20 December 1993 on the Community trade mark(1), and in particular Articles 120 and 131 thereof, Having regard to the candidatures presented by the Administrative Board of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (trade marks and designs) on 11 July 2000, HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS: Article 1 1. Ms Christiane HOFFRICHTER-DAUNICHT, born in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) on 9 May 1951, is hereby appointed chairman of the Fourth Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (trade marks and designs) for a period of five years. 2. Mr Tomás DE LAS HERAS LORENZO, born in Entrala (Spain) on 22 July 1951, and Ms Kathleen Francesca LEE, born in London (United Kingdom) on 10 October 1949, are hereby appointed members of the Fourth Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (trade marks and designs) for a period of five years. Article 2 The date on which the five-year period referred to in Article 1(1) and (2) will commence shall be determined by the Administrative Board of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (trade marks and designs).
