Corrigendum to Directive 98/69/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 1998 relating to measures to be taken against air pollution by emissions from motor vehicles and amending Council Directive 70/220/EEC (Official Journal of the European Communities L 350 of 28 December 1998) On page 4, recital (14): for: "Whereas, however, OBD are at a less developed stage for diesel vehicles and cannot be fitted on all such vehicles before 2005;" read: "Whereas, however, OBD are at a less developed stage for diesel vehicles and can be fitted on new types of such vehicles from 2003 on;". On page 23, Annex I, Appendix 4, point 4.2: for: "section 6.2.1 of Annex I, ..." read: "section 5.3.1.4 of Annex I, ..." On page 46, Annex X, point 1.8, Table, entries relating to Type I: In the third column, delete footnote 3 after NOx. In the fourth column, add footnote 2 after HC + NOx (g/km). On page 52, Annex XI, Appendix 1, point 2.1, second indent: for: "... in section 6.2.1" read: "... in section 6.2"
