Corrigendum to the Amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Court of Justice of the European Communities (Official Journal of the European Communities L 103 of 19 April 1997) Page 2, Article 29 (2) (c): for: '(c) at the request of one of the parties, and after the opposite party and the Advocate-General have been heard, the use of another of the languages mentioned in paragraph 1 as the language of the case for all or part of the proceedings may be authorized by way of derogation from subparagraphs (a) and (b).`, read: '(c) at the request of one of the parties, and after the opposite party and the Advocate-General have been heard, the use of another of the languages mentioned in paragraph 1 as the language of the case for all or part of the proceedings may be authorized by way of derogation from subparagraphs (a) and (b); such a request may not be submitted by an institution of the European Communities.`.
