Corrigendum to Council Directive 92/12/EEC of 25 February 1992 on the general arrangements for products subject to excise duty and on the holding, movement and monitoring of such products (Official Journal of the European Communities No L 76 of 23 March 1992) On page 5 in the last subparagraph of Article 9 (2): for: "Until 30 June 1977 Ireland ...", read: "Until 30 June 1997 Ireland ...". On page 9 in Article 20 (3), the eight line and onwards: for: "... were dispatched unless within a period of four months of the competent authorities of the correctness of the transaction or of the place where the offence or irregularity was actually committed."; read: "... were dispatched unless within a period of four months from the date of dispatch of the products evidence is produced to the satisfaction of the competent authorities of the correctness of the transaction or of the place where the offence or irregularity was actually committed." On page 10 in the first line of Article 22 (4): for: "... Article 8b ...", read: "... Article 10 ...".
