PROTOCOL 13 on the non-application of anti-dumping and countervailing measures The application of Article 26 of the Agreement is limited to the areas covered by the provisions of the Agreement and in which the Community acquis is fully integrated into the Agreement. Moreover, unless other solutions are agreed upon by the Contracting Parties, its application is without prejudice to any measures which may be introduced by the Contracting Parties to avoid circumvention of the following measures aimed at third countries: - anti-dumping measures; - countervailing duties; - measures against illicit commercial practices attributable to third countries.
